Am I thirsty?
Often when we don't drink enough water, we can think we are hungry when we are actually thirsty. Are you consistent with your water intake?

Am I tired?
Being tires can stimulate hunger and make us eat more, when really we just need a nice nap

Am I stressed?
We have all been there. Stress eating is a very real thing. Assess what's happening and if it is stress, call a friend, go for walk,hit the gym , do yoga or anything else healthy to help relieve the stress.
