The Benefits of Broccoli, from a Scientific Point of View seem endless....but most importantly it can help rehabilitate our eye health.

Recent research has shown that broccoli can help prevent colon cancer, reduce risk of cataracts, and protect against strokes. This research has even been touted by CNN. Not just Cataracts, but it helps with Macular Degeneration, and Glaucoma.

Broccoli is also reported to have positive effects on inflammation, cardiovascular and lung health.

So many of us suffer from Eye Challenges, and as we age, our vision becomes more and more challenged, and in this day of age, it's worse because of so much computer work we do sometimes up to 16 hours daily. This can create unbearable strains on our eyes, so we MUST be juicing Broccoli at least three times a week, so that we can nourish our eyes the best we can.
