Cabbage Wacko Taco:

Raw Vegan Chili:
Minced eggplant, zucchini, garlic, red onion, fresh tomato. Dressed with cashew sour cream. Topped with shredded carrots and romaine, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion. Inside a red cabbage shell. Paired with Mango Salsa.

Cashew Sour cream:
Cashew, coconut meat, miso paste, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt and lemon juice.

Mango Salsa:
Mango, tomato, avocado, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lemon, Himalayan salt and jalapeños.
