Terms and Conditions

Pickup and Delivery:

There is a 6 bottle minimum for delivery within our Free Delivery Zone and Extended Delivery Zone 1. If you live outside our local delivery zones, there is a 12 bottle and 18 bottle minimum for Extended Delivery Zone 2 and 3+ respectively. Regions with paid delivery can opt to have 2 to 4 days delivered at one time to save on delivery charges. Upon your initial order, 1 delivery charge will automatically be added to your cart. To add more trips and increase delivery frequency you can do so here by selecting quantity to add to cart before checking out.

You can specify delivery details (ie, start date, times, alternate addresses etc.) on the questionnaire you receive, in your email receipt, when you purchase one of our tailored cleanses (Designer80 Juice Feasting Cleanse, Artisan90 Raw Food Cleanse, Paleo70 Raw Food Cleanse, Paleo60 Smoothie Cleanse). If you are ordering a product that does not require a questionnaire – we will use the information on file to determine your delivery details. If you’re ordering for the first time and ordering a product a la cart (Juice Bar, Meal Delivery, Standard60 Juice Cleanse, Water Fast40, Juice Fast50 or Stock Your Fridge) you can specify start date on the notes portion in the checkout page. We will email you a day or 2 before to get some more details about your delivery and to confirm the delivery address and times. Deliveries are typically completed by 7am and if we’re running behind, we deliver instead to your place of work as specified by you. We guarantee delivery before 9am, no need to take your empties to work with you. Final pickups may be delayed beyond that. If you notice that your cooler has not been collected please leave it at your doorstep, the driver may still be on his way. Feel free to call or email us if the cooler is still there after 2 days.

Glass Bottles and Coolers:

Our glass bottles and coolers are available for use at no charge during your program. We appreciate the return of the empty bottles, icepacks and coolers upon your subsequent deliveries. If you are still working on consuming your juices from the previous delivery, that’s ok too. Just hold on to those until you’re ready to put them out. Our juices keep in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. Never return full bottles – in cold weather the juices will freeze and crack the bottle. In warm weather the contents will spoil and fizz out making a mess of the cooler. Please always empty and rinse all bottles before putting them in the cooler for pickup. It also makes it easier for our dishware washing operators when sanitizing the bottles. Place coolers of empty bottles on your doorstep on the eve of your delivery. Our drivers are out as early as midnight.

Any unreturned coolers or glass bottles will result in charges for the replacement cost. Coolers are 15 dollars and each glass bottles costs 2 dollars. If the bottle gets chipped or cracked, we consider that normal wear and tear and you will not be charged for that, please let us know if you discover that a bottle has been compromised so we can remove it from circulation. We thank you for helping reduce landfill waste and lowering the stress on our inefficient municipal recycling programs.

Allergies:

In the questionnaire we gather information pertaining to your dietary requirements as well as food sensitivities. We are able to accommodate all food allergies as each ingredient is extracted separately. Our custom products (tailored cleanses and custom juice bar) ensure no cross contamination. We cannot modify some a la cart menu items to accommodate allergies, please inquire if you have an allergy to any fruits, vegetables, seeds or nuts. We do not prepare any animal products such as fish, meat, eggs or dairy in our facilities.

Cancellations and/or Refunds:

To be issued a refund, we require 48 hours notice from the scheduled date of your first delivery. There is a charge of 5% to cover the processing fee the banks charge to grant a refund of your purchase. If you make a purchase in error, please call us before 5pm the same day for a full reversal/void. If you have already started your program with us then we are not able to provide you with a refund. You do have six months to use your cleanse or purchase with us or you may gift the unused portion to anyone within 25KM’s of your location.
