Being concerned about fluoride has become something we MOCK in this culture.

Have you ever seen an action movie or apocalyptic scenario film where the "crazy" character is the one who mentions that they're adding fluoride to the water?

I've seen Stephen Colbert mock fluoride concerns on his show.

How telling this is of human intelligence. 😔

We're so afraid of being socially stigmatized, we can't even read or research anymore.

What a joke.

It's a goddamn neurotoxin.

No one debates that.

All the proponents ever tried to say is that the RISK of poisoning yourself is somehow less than the benefit we get from cavity reduction.

Mothers in this country literally buy water for their INFANTS (who often have no teeth yet) with added fluoride.

Fluoride is NOT a nutrient. The body does not need it.

It's poison. Period.

Unfortunately for the poorly informed or corrupt, the data shows clearly that dental cavities dropped across pretty much every developed country at the same time.... EVEN WITHIN THE COUNTRIES WHICH DO NOT ADD FLUORIDE.

97% of Western Europe has rejected water fluoridation.

As of 2020 we already had 64 studies which show fluoride lowers IQ.

SIXTY-FOUR!

Several of these studies are in some of the more prestigious peer-reviewed journals.

No one argues that these are poorly designed studies.

The agencies responsible for looking out for our health...DO NOT DO THAT.

Instead, the lie to our face. Knowingly.

The EPA had to be sued and taken to court last year just to get these a-holes to even pretend to do their job.

Several elements of their incompetence and corruption have already been exposed and it's now on record how little they prioritize human health and safety.

This trial is being dragged out and is ongoing.

There is clear cause of harm, in most cases with no clear evidence of benefit.

How much fiber is in our and yours Raw Juice?

If you want to know how much fiber is in your raw juice look at it after it’s been sitting for a bit. As you can see by our picture above, the juices vary in fiber content depending on what’s in them and amount.
Some are very packed with fiber, while some are less. When the juice settles is when you will see the fiber, and in juices the fiber is all soluble fiber. The last juice you see is pure watermelon, and even that has fiber. If you buy a green juice that has lots of greens and yet it’s the same fiber line as watermelon than you know your juice has been watered down or they are using a not so good juicer.

So let’s talk fiber. Because there has been a lot of misconception about fiber amount in raw juices.

What is Fiber?
Fiber has a very important role to play in the body, it is the indigestible component of whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, fruits and vegetables. When eating a wholefood diet it is recommended to consume 25-30 g of fiber daily.

There are 2 main types of fiber in fruits and vegetables. These are insoluble and soluble.

Insoluble fiber adds bulk to the stool, helps to keep the bowels regular, fills you up and speeds up the passage of food through the digestive tract. Insoluble fiber include cellulose, hemicellulose and lignins. This is mostly removed from the juice although it is still present in smaller amounts.

Soluble fiber absorbs water like a sponge and provides bulking matter that acts as a prebiotic to support good bacterial growth and digestive health. It also regulates blood sugar control, lower blood cholesterol and slows the transit of food through the digestive tract and helps fill you up. Soluble fibers include pectins, gums and mucilage. This is still present in the juice.

An important point to remember is fecal matter is comprised of 75% water so keep those extra fluids up.

We all eat a lot of insoluble fiber, problem is people don’t eat enough if any soluble fiber.

You go to doctor and first thing they tell you is go take Metamucil. Please don’t, ever. And I mean ever. Wrong kind of fiber all together.

Leaky Gut – also known as “intestinal permeability” – occurs when there is damage to the lining of the intestines. This lining is made up of a single layer of side-by-side cells connected by networks of proteins.

In this recent study, researchers looked at the non-nutritional components of diet and potential associated risks. Processed foods often include many non-natural ingredients and additives such as artificial flavours, sugars, stabilisers, emulsifiers, and preservatives.

Detergents and emulsifiers that are added to foods might have a detrimental effect on the gut barrier.

The overall health of the gut affects which nutrients are absorbed by the body, as well as what chemicals and toxins are filtered out. Because leaky gut impairs the body’s ability to absorb the nutrients, even a diet full of the healthiest foods won’t be effectively utilized.
Gut inflammation has even been found to increase the risk of developing arthritis, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.

In addition to autoimmune disorders, leaky gut is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular issues. For example it has been found that determined a “causal relationship between microbiota composition, inflammation, and atherosclerosis”.

If you suspect these issues may describe you or a family member, it may be time to cut out packaged foods. Focus on whole, nourishing animal based foods, that help to repair the raw materials of the gut lining. Think broths made of skin and bones, this is what your body needs to repair the gut lining.

Talking about things like shampoo when your clients are dealing with hormone issues, gut issues, or fertility issues (or really any issue) might feel random and unrelated, but it's definitely not! ⁠

You don't need to teach your clients about every.single.ingredient, but you should be able to walk them through the biggest baddies:⁠

1. Phthalates: These endocrine-disrupting chemicals have been linked to infertility, low sperm count, endometriosis, PCOS, breast cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Tell clients to avoid products with "fragrance" as an ingredient, unless individual fragrance compounds have been specified.⁠
⠀⠀⁠
2. Parabens: Another common endocrine-disrupting chemical that is linked to similar health issues as phthalates. There are hundreds of published studies on parabens and various hormone-related effects.⁠
⠀⠀⁠
3. Sulfates: Some sulfates are contaminated with 1,4-dioxane, a known human carcinogen. Be on the lookout for sodium laureth sulfate... that -eth indicates potential contamination. These can also be irritating to the skin (not toxic in this context).⁠
⠀⠀⁠
4. Ethanolamines (DEA/TEA/etc): These chemicals are penetration enhancers; they increase the rate at which they or other ingredients are absorbed into the skin.⁠
⠀⠀⁠
5. Nitrosamines: Not an ingredient, but can be formed with DEA/TEA (see above) combine with preservatives. Found in countless personal care products, they've been linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, & organ system toxicity.⁠

Each of your teeth drains waste and toxins from your mouth. It’s the lymphatic system that plays a major role in balance and maintaining a healthy mouth.⠀

Swelling in the mouth is a similarly built-up infection that the body can’t clear.⠀ade up of many lymph nodes that are connected together by lymph vessels.⠀

Lymph nodes are bean-shaped organs that are found all over your body. Large groups or chains of lymph nodes can be found in your neck, under your arms, and in your groin.⠀ling from damaged lymph nodes and vessels is called lymphedema.⠀

Swelling in the mouth is a similarly built-up infection that the body can’t clear.⠀

Unlike the circulatory system, the lymph system needs movement to drain properly, it doesn’t move from pressure from the heart ‘pumping’.⠀

For patients undergoing head and neck cancer treatment, facial massage and lymph node massage are employed by hospitals to help clear blocked lymph systems.⠀

Here are three exercises to get your oral lymphatic system moving better:⠀

1. Prepare your underarm lymph nodes ⠀

This prepares the lymph nodes under your arm to take in lymph fluid from your face and neck. Place it on an armrest or table for comfort.⠀
• Place your palm against your underarm ⠀
• Gently pull up and in toward your body, then release⠀
• Repeat 10-15 times⠀

2. Stretch and release the skin from the front of your neck to your chest ⠀

Place your hand on the front of your neck where you have swelling. Move your hand down your neck towards your collar bone.⠀

• Gently stretch the skin (not muscles) towards your collarbone. Then let go of the skin. ⠀
• Repeat this massage 15 times.⠀

3. Stretch and release the skin on the back of your neck ⠀

• Place the palms of your hands on the back of your neck, just below your hairline ⠀
• Stretch the skin towards your spine and then down towards your back⠀

It is fascinating that humans are consuming this food that is virtually indistinguishable from commercial pet food. And to be honest, I wouldn’t even feed this stuff to my dog.

Just because something is vegan does not mean it is healthy. 80% percent of vegan products on the shelves right now are processed and not healthy at all. Don’t fall trap into the vegan paradigm of eating processed everything. Wether you are a meat eater or a vegan read the ingredients of the “food” you are about to eat. And start googling what they are.

Detergents and emulsifiers that are added to foods might have a detrimental effect on the gut barrier.

The overall health of the gut affects which nutrients are absorbed by the body, as well as what chemicals and toxins are filtered out. Because leaky gut impairs the body’s ability to absorb the nutrients, even a diet full of the healthiest foods won’t be effectively utilized.

In addition to autoimmune disorders, leaky gut is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular issues. For example it has been found that determined a “causal relationship between microbiota composition, inflammation, and atherosclerosis”.

Sunlight exposure changes the human gut microbiome, specifically in people who are vitamin D-deficient.
Research has revealed a protective effect of UVB against inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis or inflammatory bowel disease.

That is UV light, entering your skin, changing

If you get a lot of sunlight and have other digestive or hormonal imbalances, your vitamin D levels

Inflammatory lung conditions like asthma relate to low vitamin D. Bleeding gums and gum disease relate to low vitamin D. IBS, Crohn’s and chronic digestive disorders? All underlie vitamin D.

Each of your teeth drains waste and toxins from your mouth. It’s the lymphatic system that plays a major role in balance and maintaining a healthy mouth.⠀

Swelling in the mouth is a similarly built-up infection that the body can’t clear.⠀ade up of many lymph nodes that are connected together by lymph vessels.⠀

Lymph nodes are bean-shaped organs that are found all over your body. Large groups or chains of lymph nodes can be found in your neck, under your arms, and in your groin.⠀ling from damaged lymph nodes and vessels is called lymphedema.⠀

Swelling in the mouth is a similarly built-up infection that the body can’t clear.⠀

Unlike the circulatory system, the lymph system needs movement to drain properly, it doesn’t move from pressure from the heart ‘pumping’.⠀

For patients undergoing head and neck cancer treatment, facial massage and lymph node massage are employed by hospitals to help clear blocked lymph systems.⠀

Here are three exercises to get your oral lymphatic system moving better:⠀

1. Prepare your underarm lymph nodes ⠀

This prepares the lymph nodes under your arm to take in lymph fluid from your face and neck. Place it on an armrest or table for comfort.⠀
• Place your palm against your underarm ⠀
• Gently pull up and in toward your body, then release⠀
• Repeat 10-15 times⠀

2. Stretch and release the skin from the front of your neck to your chest ⠀

Place your hand on the front of your neck where you have swelling. Move your hand down your neck towards your collar bone.⠀

• Gently stretch the skin (not muscles) towards your collarbone. Then let go of the skin. ⠀
• Repeat this massage 15 times.⠀

3. Stretch and release the skin on the back of your neck ⠀

• Place the palms of your hands on the back of your neck, just below your hairline ⠀
• Stretch the skin towards your spine and then down towards your back⠀

1. Prepare your underarm lymph nodes ⠀

This prepares the lymph nodes under your arm to take in lymph fluid from your face and neck. Place it on an armrest or table for comfort.⠀
• Place your palm against your underarm ⠀
• Gently pull up and in toward your body, then release⠀
• Repeat 10-15 times⠀
⠀
2. Stretch and release the skin from the front of your neck to your chest ⠀
⠀
Place your hand on the front of your neck where you have swelling. Move your hand down your neck towards your collar bone.⠀
⠀
• Gently stretch the skin (not muscles) towards your collarbone. Then let go of the skin. ⠀
• Repeat this massage 15 times.⠀
⠀
3. Stretch and release the skin on the back of your neck ⠀
⠀
• Place the palms of your hands on the back of your neck, just below your hairline ⠀
• Stretch the skin towards your spine and then down towards your back⠀
⠀

Sir Isaac Newton discovered the spectrum in the 1600s but it took until 1800 to discover infrared light and 1801 to discover ultraviolet. Its bacteria that live amongst the lungs, participate in oxygen respiration, and regulate the immune system with the gut.

In the last post we saw that vitamin D directly regulates the airway, there’s a lot to that, but let’s look at a fascinating connection.

Sunlight exposure changes the human gut microbiome, specifically in people who are vitamin D-deficient.
Research has revealed a protective effect of UVB against inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis or inflammatory bowel disease.

The beverage company donated millions of dollars to a team of researchers at a non-profit claiming to look into causes of excess weight gain in the US.

However, the team ended up being a 'front group' for Coca-Cola & promoted the idea that it was a lack of exercise, not a bad diet, that was the primary driver of the US obesity epidemic.

Its time to take back our supermarkets, schools, & media from false narrative of 'scientific' reason?

Sadly 80 percent of the people on this planet don’t get this. They don’t get that the food you put in your mouth can either cause disease or heal you. They have been fed lies for decades and decades and they truly believe that disease is just something that happens and it’s never your “fault”. Why these lies? So big pharma can sell you their cures.

Food are nutrients your body needs. If you don’t feed it than it will lack those nutrients. And nutrient definitions cause issues in your body. Bowl of pasta is yummy but it lacks nutrients, that’s why you will be hungry in a few hours once your body realizes it’s still hungry for nutrients.
